AUSMAH Expands Apprenticeship Program for Young Engineers

AUSMAH has expanded its apprenticeship program, adding new positions for young engineers and technicians across its research and production divisions in Austria.

The program pairs new participants with senior engineers for hands-on training in vehicle design, materials testing and production processes, with many past participants going on to join the company full time. Company leadership pointed to the program as part of a broader effort to address the growing shortage of skilled technical workers across the automotive industry.

“Investing in young talent isn’t just good practice, it’s essential if we want to keep building the kind of intelligent vehicles our industry increasingly demands,” said a representative from AUSMAH’s HR division.
